Product Introduction
(1) Bending machine head and mold
1.Check for wear:Monthly inspection of the grooves and edges of the bending mold for any obvious wear or cracks. If the wear is severe (such as the depth of the groove exceeding 1mm) or cracks occur, the mold must be replaced promptly to avoid affecting the accuracy of steel bar bending.
2.Lubrication treatment:For the rotating parts of the bending machine head, such as bearings and transmission shafts, add lithium-based lubricating grease (model such as NLGI 2 grade) once every 1-2 months. Before adding, clean the old grease and impurities to ensure adequate lubrication.
(2) Feeding mechanism and transmission system
1.Feeding roller maintenance:Weekly inspection of the anti-slip patterns on the surface of the feeding roller to ensure they are clear. If the patterns become faint due to long-term use, use sandpaper for gentle grinding or replace the roller to prevent the steel bars from slipping and affecting the accuracy of the feeding length.
2.Chain and gear maintenance:Apply chain-specific lubricating oil (such as molybdenum disulfide grease) to the chain every two weeks. Observe whether the chain is tensioned appropriately (the sag does not exceed 20mm) during operation. If it is too loose, adjust the tensioning device; check the oil level of the gear box once every six months and add gear oil if insufficient.
